About the Event
Tango Challenge - Learn & Perform!
Tango is charismatic and filled with poise. It gives excitement and awe to dancers and audiences. As you learn the steps and techniques of this famous ballroom dance, you will feel energized and challenged as dancers. During this intensive workshop, you will learn to Tango dance to a choreography. You will gain friendships and have an opportunity to dance with others that share the same passion for dance.
Our first initial class will be held on January 10th, Friday at 7:00 - 7:45pm. During our first class, participating students and the instructor will discuss the weekly schedule that works best with everyone.
This Tango group will meet every week for 9 weeks - culminating in a performance at the Showcases & Open Dance event on Saturday, March 7th. You will have in-depth training for Tango and be a part of a great community!
